Inspired by our Belmont, the Cheviot brings a micro-knitted Australian Merino wool upper treatment to give a cleaner and sleeker look. The Cheviot can take you from subway stop, to work, and out to happy hour with ease. Comfort doesn’t mean underdressed, in our eyes the Cheviot can do it all.

Sizing:

The Cheviot is only available in whole sizes. It runs true to size but if you are in between sizes we recommend sizing down.

    Re-tying Instructions:

    • First, stretch the lace out!
    • Next, make a big loop.
    • Wrap the lace around the loop 3 or 4 times.
    • Then slip the lace through the loop and slowly tighten the knot.
    • Lastly, slip em' on and enjoy your beautiful knot tying skills! ;)

    Remove the insoles and hand wash them separately with a dash of wool cleaner. Next, squirt wool cleaner on your sneakers as needed and throw them in the washing machine on a gentle cycle with cold water. Air dry, out of direct hot sunlight, and do not put them in the dryer, the heat will shrink the wool.

    U.S. RETURNS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
    We only accept unworn returns from purchases made at full price on woolloomoolooshoe.com. Product must be returned in original condition and packaging. Any merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned where purchased.

     

    TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN & GENERATE A RETURN LABEL

    To initiate the return or exchange process and generate a shipping label for your returning shoes, simply click here. For returns, kindly note that it may take up to 3 business days to process your refund after our warehouse confirms receipt of the returned items. If you're opting for an exchange, once we verify the receipt of your returned shoes, we will promptly arrange the shipment of your exchange pair and send you the new tracking details via email, to the email address associated with your order.

    All returns:

    – must be unworn, unused, have all tags, and include the original packaging materials.

    – must be returned in original packing with labels, etc.

    • Returns are not applicable on Special Price/ Final Sale items.

     

    REFUNDS
    Depending on your financial institution, refunds normally post to your original form of payment within 1-5 business days after the date of processing. All refunds must be issued to the original form of payment – NO EXCEPTIONS. A store credit will be issued in lieu of a refund if the card is no longer active.

    *Please note we do not refund any shipping charges.

     

    EXCHANGES
    We now offer exchanges! Simply return your unworn item and send us a messages in the chat bubble letting us know you want an exchange. Please note, we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you request your exchange and return your original item. Please visit our exchanges page at the bottom of the site for more information.

     

    RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM

    Please contact us directly at customerservice@woollooshoe.com if you received an incorrect item. We will process your return request as soon as possible.

    If the correct item is available, we will ship the replacement once the wrong item has been received for return by UPS.

    If the correct item is not available, either store credit or a refund will be issued once the returned merchandise is received and processed by our returns department (typically within 3-5 days of receipt of item)

    We are unable to issue any form of credit without confirmation of the return by our returns department.  You must use the Woolloomooloo Shoe UPS return label issued to be eligible for the store credit or refund.

    Where are your shoes made?

    We make our shoes In Asia and Mexico. The main reason: this is where Australian Merino wool goes to be cleaned and processed.  So basically, we try to eliminate as much shipping as possible throughout the supply chain.

    How much is shipping?

    Shipping is FREE on orders over $99!

    When will I get my shoes?

    All orders placed by 2pm EST will ship that business day. Our warehouse is in Miami, FL and we ship UPS ground.
